LONDON DRAGONS

Founded in 2002 as the Purples, the London Dragons are an independent ice hockey club competing in the BUIHA. We bring students and alumni from universities across London together on the ice.

Our Club Today

For 2026/27, we currently run an A Team. B and C teams depend on player numbers. Playing opportunities depend on current BUIHA eligibility rules, experience and available places. The club has no formal university affiliations.

2025/26 League Champions

The Dragons finished last season with eight wins and one loss and won the League Championship against Nottingham.

Read our joining information or email manager@londondragons.com and tell us about your playing experience. Practice and tryouts are by invitation only: email first and wait for an invitation confirming the time and location.

Earlier Seasons

In 2022/23, the Dragons placed second in the division and league and third at the National Tournament.
