Last season, the A-Team came in 2nd in the Division 1 South Season with 5 wins, and 3 losses.  Artem Meshcherin led the League in points and goals, with 25 points and 14 goals. Patrick Chapman and Raphael Girard followed with 11 points each.

Every season, the Dragons A Team compete more fiercely than any other university team in the country and have boasted a range of talents on their roster over the years.

 

The Dragons A Team are the most successful University Ice hockey team in the UK with 4 BUIHA National Championship wins and 7 BUIHA Division 1 Championship titles, proving their superiority over every university team in the UK as recently as 2015 and 2017.

The team and the league play at a US Division 1 Level of play and has players from GMHL, U30-Elit, ECHL, SPHL, ACHA and many other leagues.
