Founded in 2002 by members of the Imperial College Hockey Club the University of London Union Purples (as it was then known) is one of the most successful sports clubs representing University of London Union. The club benefits from the wide range of colleges that make up the University of London and, more recently from the ability to play “affiliate” members.
